Margarita gummy lollies

Margarita Gummies
Ingredients
¼ cup orange flavored liqueur
½ cup gelatin
¼ cup Triple Sec
1 Tbsp sugar or simple syrup or maple syrup (this is optional!)
1 cup silver tequila
½ cup plus 2 Tbsp lime juice
Instructions
Step one: you should have a vitamix or blender with super low speed to do this:
Now, get the liquids mixed together
Next: Tip half in a pan placed on the stove and the other half in the blender container.
Next: spray a little gelatin into the liquid in the blender container while you wait for the stove to heat up. You should allow he gelatin to sit there.
Next: Ensure that the blender is turned onto its lowest speed. Once the liquid in the pan reaches 90 degrees, you should pour that liquid into the blender container with the rest.
Next: you should slowly pour in 1/2 cup of gelatin. Blend on low until dissolved If you are using sweetener, add. You will not like the result you will get if you blend on a higher speed because it will surely get too foamy.
In case you do not have a vitamix or blender with a super low speed, do this:
Get a saucepan and place on the stove. Now, add all the liquid with a sprinkle of gelatin. Now, go ahead and heat it to 90-100 degrees. You should ensure you keep temperature lower than 159 degrees since alcohol will burn off at that degree. If you are using sweetner, add.
Next: gradually add the gelatin powder as you stir the briskly with a whisk.
Next: now, you should continue whisking until all the gelatin has dissolved. Remember, you shouldn't get too crazy with your whisky in order to avoid it getting too foamy.
Now, for both methods, immediately all gelatin get dissolved into the liquid, ensure you scoop all off any extra foam from the top. Now, pour the mixture into a 9x13 baking dish.
Next: go ahead and put it in a refrigerator for 2 hours.
Next: you can cut into rectangles or make use of small cookie cutters to cut into shapes. Go ahead and serve it chilled in margarita glasses in case you want to appear fancy.
Take note: you can as well pour this into molds but I prefer to cut into rectangles or make use of cookie cutters to create shapes.
Also, you an actually make these non-alcoholic, all you have to do is use 2 cups of liquid (combine orange juice, lemon juice and lime juice. Ensure they are in approximate equal parts) you should also add 1/2 cup of gelatin ton that.
Take note: these can actually stay out for long hours in a room without melting. I strongly believe they taste better if chilled. You should make sure you taste the liquid before pouring it into the pan. In case its too strong for you, you can add a filtered water a bit or even a bit of beer.
