Little Cute Nutella Cheesecakes

Ingredients for Crust
• Finely crushed chocolate cookies (9 ounces)
• Sugar (One tablespoon)
• Melted butter (Six tablespoons)
Ingredients for Cheesecake
• Sugar (Six tablespoons)
• Flour (1 ½ tablespoons)
• Softened cream cheese (12 ounces)
• Couple of larger eggs
• Milk (1/4 cup)
• Sour Cream (1/4 cup)
• Vanilla (One teaspoon)
• Nutella (Half a cup)

Directions for Preparation
1. First of all pre-heat an oven at 160c degrees. Now take a smaller bowl and mix some sugar, butter and crushed cookies in it.
2. Spread them uniformly among 12 muffin cups (paper lined) or mini cheesecake pan (12 wells). Gently press them to create a layer and then bake them for next 5 minutes.
3. Once baked, remove them from oven and allow them to cool down.
4. Now it’s time to prepare the filling. Take a medium sized bowl mix some sugar, cream cheese & flout properly till the mixture becomes smooth enough.
5. Now add Nutella into it and mix properly. Fill this filling in equal quantities in the muffin cups till it reaches their top. Take the cups to eliminate air pockets. Bake them for next 20 to 24 minutes till they become jiggly at center. Remove from the heat and allow them to cool down at room temperature for next half an hour. Cover them with a plastic wrap and put them in refrigerator for few hours. Your mini Nutella cheesecakes are ready now and you can serve them with whipped cream (optional).
