Easy Individual Peach Cobblers
Serve these delicious easy individual peach cobblers at your next dinner party. They’re great topped with vanilla ice cream! Your guests will love them, and you’ll love how easy they are to make.
1cup self-raising flour
1 cup sugar
1stick (8 tbs.) butter, softened
1cup (8oz) milk
1tin of sliced peaches (410g)-including the liquid in the can
Preheat oven to 180 C (350 F). Grease or butter six medium sized ramekin dishes.
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir til mixed.
Fill each ramekin 2/3 full, then place the ramekins on a baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet and ramekins in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top of the cobbler bounces back when you press on it gently.
Serve warm or chilled.
This recipe can also be used in one large baking dish, such as an 8×8 glass baking dish, if you don’t have ramekins.
